At RoamDash, we strive to offer a seamless travel experience. This policy outlines our rules for refunds and cancellations across our services, including travel bookings and store purchases.


1. Travel Bookings

Cancellations and refunds for flights, hotels, and tour packages depend on our travel partners’ policies. Below are our general guidelines:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.

📌 Some services (such as non-refundable flights or promotional deals) may have different policies. Please check the details at the time of booking.


2. Store Purchases (If Applicable)

For physical travel-related products purchased on store.roamdash.com:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

📌 Digital products (e-books, guides, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  • Email us at info@roamdash.com with your booking/order details.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler does not show up for a booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
